What’s a Grazing table?

A grazing table is a bountiful and appealing spread of assorted foods including cheeses, cured meats, fruits, nuts, and other delectable bites, designed for guests to graze and enjoy at their leisure.

What's the hype?

Grazing tables are more cost-effective than catering appetizers for events due to their efficient ingredient utilization and ability to cater to diverse dietary preferences, offering a budget-friendly and inclusive option.

Why do you need a grazing table at your event?

Grazing tables possess a remarkable ability to bring people together, providing an inviting vibe where people can break the ice, snack on the diverse options, and create a visual star of the show; it’s always one of the topics people talk about after the party is over. One of the most common complaints about gatherings is not having enough food or unappealing food options. However, with an array of delectable meats, a diverse selection of soft and hard cheeses, and jams and jellies as accompaniments, you can never go wrong. Whether it's a cozy girls' night in or a lively beach bonfire, charcuterie always proves to be a delightful and cherished companion.

What If I just have a small group of people?

We would be happy to assist you with either our grazing boxes or individual charcuterie cones that could be picked up locally.

Grazing boxes range in size:

Feeds 2-3 ppl : $65

Feeds 4-6 ppl: $130

Feeds 7-10: $225

Cones are individual : small cones are $14 each, with a minimum order of 20 cones; large cones are $19 each, with a minimum of 20 cones.

What's the booking process?

After we receive your inquiry, we will contact you within 24 hours so that we may connect and discuss your preferences in detail, we will book your event on our calendar and give you a quote at which time 50% deposit will be due to secure your booking. One day prior to the event start, you will be required to pay the remainder 50% to confirm for the service.

How much food would I need?

The amount of food per person needed for an event can vary depending on factors such as the duration of the event, the type of food being served, and the preferences of the attendees, but a general guideline is to plan for around 3 ounces of cheese and 2 ounce of meat per person for a grazing table-style appetizer. If you are wanting it to be the main course, we recommend doubling these portions.

What's included in the price?

The spread of your choice, serving utensils, honey stirrers, bamboo tongs and serving dishes(for jams/mustards/spreadables).

What do I need to supply?

We are happy to utilize the setup on available tables at your venue, however if you need a table we can provide it at an additional cost.

Table - $80/day

Cutting Board - $15/day

Flowers added to decorate the spread - $30/day

Candles for night decor- $40/day

Multidimensional platters- $20 each/day

How far in advance do I need to place my order?

We prefer giving us at least two weeks advance notice to ensure that there is adequate time to prepare for your event. However, more time would allow us to learn about your event to provide a more personal grazing experience.

What if I need a last minute accommodation?

We will be happy to assist you, however there would be an additional fee associated with a short-term notice.

Do you offer special accommodations for dietary preference or food allergies?

We are happy to accommodate for special dietary or allergy specific needs. Just include it in the inquiry and we will discuss it in detail at the first meeting.

What is the clean up process?

Depending on how long your event is, and how far away it is, we are happy to come back to clean up. If the event is far we would prefer coordinating a time for you to drop off any rental items.


What if I need to cancel?

If you cancel no later than one week prior to the event start time, you will receive 100% of your deposit payment back. If you cancel 72-hours prior to the event, you will receive 20% of the deposit back. If you cancel with less than 48-hour notice, you will receive 20% of the full payment back.
